Show Notes

Setting boundaries and being able to comfortably and confidently say no is one tool to help you and your family stay food allergy safe during the holidays and all year! Learn about how to say no from the perspective of each significant age and stage (high-middle-elementary and preschool). Nationally certified school psychologist, and FAACT’s Director of Behavior Health, Emery Brown, discusses non-confrontational ways to say no - especially during the holidays when the pressure is on to say yes to everything and everyone! Emery holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Communication from the College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Rowan University.
